Ball State goes to Washington
Students, faculty and staff from Ball State University’s Department of Journalism and BSU Journalism Workshops were in Washington, D.C. Nov. 12-14 for the 2009 JEA/NSPA National Convention!
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth for critiques, info about our media programs or just to chat! We really enjoyed meeting you : )
BY THE NUMBERS:
31 high school newspaper, magazine, broadcast and online staffs stopped by our booth for free critiques!
15 students, faculty and staff from Ball State attended the convention to promote Ball State and critique publications!
2 Ball State students were named JEA Future Teachers (out of three total!)
5 Ball State Summer Workshop advisers were recognized at a JEA/NSPA awards luncheon
