Housing
All summer workshop students will be housed in the Woodworth Complex on Ball State’s campus. Students may request roommates on their registration forms although under no circumstances will boys be allowed on girls’ floors or vice versa at any time. The Workshops staff keeps records of room assignments so that in the event of an emergency, we can locate a student promptly. Switching roommates once you have arrived is not allowed.
Free wireless Internet is available on campus, including in the Woodworth Complex.
A resident assistant oversees each floor of the Woodworth Complex, performing curfew checks and overseeing student’s dormitory needs. RA assignments will be available closer to the date of the workshop, and RA’s cell phone numbers will be provided to students.
